During the casting process,it is inevitable create some air bubbles and pores,that will reduce the compactness of the castings, causing some castings that are required to withstand the hydraulic test to be scrapped.
In addition, pores also have an adverse effect on the corrosion resistance and heat resistance of the casting.
These bubbles will make bed not solid. After long time running. Machine bed may breakage after long time running.
